OneDrive

Also an agent tool
productivity

Microsoft OneDrive / OneDrive for Business via the Microsoft Graph API (v1.0). Drives (get a user's/group's/site's default drive, get a drive by id, list a user's drives), DriveItems — get by id or by path, list children, create folder, upload small file (PUT .../content), create resumable upload session (large files), download content, update/rename (PATCH), move, copy, delete, get by path, search, list/get/restore versions, thumbnails, preview, and recent/shared-with-me/special-folder navigation. Sharing & permissions: list/get/update/delete permissions, create sharing links, and invite people. Change tracking via delta (GET /drives/{drive-id}/root/delta) with an @odata.deltaLink token cursor for polling. Sites & Lists reads for SharePoint-backed drives. Subscription (change-notification) CRUD is exposed as actions for advanced use. Base URL is the static Graph host https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0. Auth is OAuth2 client_credentials (Azure AD app-only): the runtime mints an app-only token from https://login.microsoftonline.com/{config.tenant_id}/oauth2/v2.0/token (grant_type=client_credentials) using client_id + client_secret with scope https://graph.microsoft.com/.default. App-only tokens have no signed-in user, so there is no /me — all file operations are addressed by drive-id, user-id, group-id, or site-id (onedrive-01). Microsoft Graph change notifications use a validationToken handshake + clientState (not an HMAC of the body), which is not one of the platform's registered signature handlers — the change-notification path is a delta polling trigger; subscription management is documented and exposed as actions (onedrive-02).

45 actions · 4 triggers

The OneDrive integration lets you connect OneDrive to your automations with 45 actions and 4 triggers — and every action is also a tool an AI agent can call. Examples: List Users, Get User Drive, List User Drives, Get Group Drive, Get Site Drive. No blank-canvas wiring — connect it and use it in your workflows.

Every action below is also a tool an AI agent can call — the same pack powers your workflows and your agents.

Triggers 4

Events in OneDrive that can start a workflow.

webhook

Drive Item Created

Fires on a Microsoft Graph change notification with `changeType: created`.

webhook

Drive Item Changed

Fires on a Microsoft Graph change notification with `changeType: updated`.

webhook

Drive Item Deleted

Fires on a Microsoft Graph change notification with `changeType: deleted`.

polling

New or changed OneDrive files (polled)

Polls GET /drives/{drive-id}/root/delta on a schedule. The first run enumerates the drive and stores the @odata.deltaLink token; each later run returns only items changed since. Requires a drive-id.

Frequently asked questions

What can I automate with OneDrive?

45 actions are available — for example: List Users, Get User Drive, List User Drives, Get Group Drive, Get Site Drive, and more.

Which OneDrive events can start a workflow?

4 triggers — for example: Drive Item Created, Drive Item Changed, Drive Item Deleted, New or changed OneDrive files (polled).
