Send SMS
Send one or more outbound SMS messages (POST /sms/rest/v2/send). Returns HTTP 200 with an in-body 'code' (00 = accepted) and a 'jobid'.
Send OTP SMS
Send a one-time-password SMS over the dedicated high-priority OTP route (POST /sms/rest/v2/otp).
Cancel Scheduled SMS
Cancel a previously scheduled (future-dated) SMS job (POST /sms/rest/v2/cancel). Does NOT recall an already-sent message.
Get Delivery Report
Query delivery status of sent SMS in a date window or for specific jobids (POST /sms/rest/v2/report). Rate-limited to ~10 queries/minute (code 80).
Get SMS Statistics
Get aggregate delivery statistics for a job (POST /sms/rest/v2/stats).
List Sender Headers
List the account's approved sender headers / originators (GET /sms/rest/v2/msgheader). Safe, auth-only connectivity check.
Get Incoming SMS
Retrieve inbound SMS received at your Netgsm number in a date window (GET /sms/rest/v2/inbox). Pull model — Netgsm pushes no webhooks.

ISG training assignment is a legal obligation in Turkey, and in a small company it depends on somebody remembering — this removes the remembering.
