Get order packages
List order packages, filterable by status and a modification date window. This is the polling source for new orders.
Accept order (Picked)
Accept the order and start preparing it.
Preparation finished (Invoiced)
Mark the order as prepared and invoiced, ready for pickup.
Order on the way (Manual Shipped)
Mark the order as picked up by the restaurant's own courier. Model-1 (own-courier) restaurants only.
Order delivered (Manual Delivered)
Mark the order as delivered by the restaurant's own courier. Model-1 (own-courier) restaurants only.
Cancel order (UnSupplied)
Cancel the order / mark items as unsupplied, with a reason id.
Send invoice link
Attach an e-invoice link to an order. Link must stay accessible for 8 years (legal requirement).
Delete invoice
Remove a previously attached invoice link, to re-send a corrected one.
Create test order
Generate a test order against a store. STAGE ONLY — this action always calls the stage host, even when the connector is set to the production environment, because Trendyol GO publishes no production host for it.
Get menus
Read the store's live menu (ingredients, modifier groups, products, sections).
Update product price
Batch-update the price of up to 1000 products in one request. Asynchronous — returns a batchRequestId; confirm with Check batch result.
Open/close products for sale
Set one product available or unavailable for sale (single product per call).
Open/close a category for sale
Open or close a whole menu section/category for sale. Use the numeric sectionId — the older sectionName variant is deprecated.
Check batch result
Look up the result of a previously submitted batch price update. Visible for up to 4 hours.
Get restaurant info
Read the supplier's stores and their information. Safe connectivity/identity read used as this connector's test target.
Update working status
Open or close the store (working / not working). Different enum from the menu ACTIVE/PASSIVE status values.
Update working hours
Set the store's opening hours per weekday.
Update delivery time
Set the estimated delivery time in minutes. Model-1/own-courier restaurants only; both values must be multiples of 5 (min 15-85, max 20-90).
Get delivery areas
Read the store's delivery zones.

Post a reply to a specific customer review. Replies can later be APPROVED/REJECTED by Trendyol GO moderation.
Get return orders
List return (claim) orders. Default page size 50 if page/size omitted.
Approve a return
Accept a return/claim.
Reject a return
Reject a return/claim, with a reason id from the rejection-reason table (5000-5017).
