Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

This notice is provided under Article 10 of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). The authoritative Turkish version is the KVKK Aydınlatma Metni; this English text is provided for convenience.

Data controller

İnisiyatif Yazılım Bilgisayar Danışmanlik Hiz. Ltd. Şti. (“Zervanor”), registered in İstanbul (Tax No. 4780545883 · MERSİS 0478054588300013), acts as the data controller (veri sorumlusu). Contact: kvkk@zervanor.com.

Personal data we process

Identity and contact data (name, email), account and credential data (username, hashed password, Google sign-in identifier), transaction security data (IP address, device/User-Agent, login records), customer-transaction data (plan, subscription, payment-provider identifier), and usage/audit records.

Purposes of processing

To create and operate your account; authenticate and secure access; manage subscriptions and payments; provide support; ensure platform reliability and security; fulfill our legal obligations; and, where you have given explicit consent, send marketing communications and load non-essential analytics cookies.

Legal grounds (KVKK Art. 5 and 6)

We process personal data based on:

• the explicit consent of the data subject (Art. 5/1) — for example, marketing and non-essential cookies;
• necessity for the performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c);
• compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç);
• establishment or protection of a right (Art. 5/2-e); and
• our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (Art. 5/2-f).

Transfers (KVKK Art. 8 and 9)

We may transfer personal data to our service providers (payment, email/notification, authentication, AI, hosting, and monitoring providers) — some of which are located abroad — to operate the Service. Cross-border transfers are made based on your explicit consent or the other conditions in Article 9, with appropriate safeguards.

Method of collection

We collect personal data electronically through the website, the dashboard, our APIs, sign-in providers, and cookies, based on the legal grounds above.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed; to request information about the processing; to learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to request correction, deletion, or destruction; to request notification of these actions to third parties; to object to results arising from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

To exercise these rights, apply in writing or by the methods set out in the Communiqué on Application Procedures, using kvkk@zervanor.com. We will conclude your request within 30 days. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu).
