Tüm ajanlar tek bir Genel Ajan Çalışma Zamanı (Agentic Runtime) altyapısı (ADR-038) üzerinde çalışır. Yeni bir ajan oluşturmak sadece bir agent.manifest.json dosyası (sistem talimatı, planlama ve bellek modları ile konnektör araç eşleştirmesi) yazmaktan ve zervanor push komutunu çalıştırmaktan ibarettir. Özel kod yazmaya veya yeni repolar açmaya gerek yoktur.
