Unbounce landing-page platform integration (v0.4 public API). OAuth 2.0 authorization-code is the primary auth mode; every call also carries the mandatory versioned Accept header (application/vnd.unbounce.api.v0.4+json) injected via oauth_config.extra_headers (ADR-033) — without it the API returns 406. api_base_url is https://api.unbounce.com. The v0.4 surface is read-only except for one POST: it exposes the account hierarchy (accounts, sub-accounts, domains, page groups, pages, form fields, users) and leads (page leads + standalone lead reads). The single non-GET endpoint is the irreversible, owner-gated lead-deletion request (create + its read counterparts). Unbounce form-submit webhooks are UI-only and unsigned (unbounce-02), so there are no triggers[]/mappings[] — new-lead intake uses a polling{} block on list_page_leads (GET /pages/{page_id}/leads) keyed by the from/to timestamp window. Connector is tested read-only (list_accounts); there is no safe write target (leads are append-only, pages/accounts/domains are not API-creatable, the only write is the destructive lead deletion). Page HTML/JS/CSS sub-resources and Smart Builder/AppConnect are out of scope (not part of the v0.4 REST API).
